Shannon Vintage Clock Brooch ornate artistic elements rope patterns, fan shapes

Vintage brooch I see no markings except Shannon on face of the clock. I didn’t change battery so I am not sure it works. Glued on back pin works but is missing part of closure. Would be a great price to clean up, Vintage, beautiful The Shannon brand, likely decorative Vintage Brooch or fashion-oriented it could have been part of a vintage collection or artistic design. embedded within an ornate metal structure, including rope-like patterns, fan shapes, and bead-like accents.
