Shaman Electro Wear Skirt

Obsessed with this brand and always on the hunt for more, but this skirt is not meant for my shape. Tagged xxl, the waistband measures 18" flat at the top with no stretch, across the hips measuring from the red tag 22" flat, no stretch. Along the bottom there is some visible stitches from how the hemline is finished, unfortunately I think it's just made like that, it's most obvious at the front of the skirt, and the skirt doesn't show any other signs of wear.
