Shadow Polka Dot Lucy #14071 by Madame Alexander. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Doll and box has a strong smoke odor to it. I am trying to remove the odor and it is currently in a smoke free environment. Box is in extremely poor condition. Lid is in very bad condition. She is missing a heel. Hair has a wet feeling to it. Eyes get stuck opening and closing. Doll has loose limbs.
