Shabby Chic Vintage Rustic 3 Tier Metal Folding Server With Handle Centerpiece

This vintage serving tray has 3 tiers to hold pastry or anything else and folds like a clam when not in use making for space saving storage. 10 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" ( the round base). When opened it is 16" . Each of the 3 serving filigree plates are 7" in diameter. It has been painted an eggshell white over silver. It was painted generously near the hinges (please see pictures). 1 chip on 1 tray. I don't think they would be food safe with all the cutwork designs, so please use a napkin or parchment paper. Folds and opens nicely. Previously owned vintage. Nice condition, minor scuffs and or light scratches and patina
