Would you say this jacket runs oversized or true to size?

@ashlyntaylor493 Hi! I think it might be slightly oversized. I'm typically a medium in women's tees and jackets, but I was able to fit this one fine. But I couldn't really wear thick layers under the jacket and the pits was slightly snug on me. for reference I'm 5'1 and 145lbs.
