Sexy party halter DRESS

Reposhing this item I purchased from @cariross. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Stunning fumbling foe halter party dress :) super sexy open back. Waist is 24” in great condition. Is lined but still a little see through cute ruffles, perfect for spring or summer. Picnic or wedding, label reads small but fits more like an extra small. Please comment with any questions.
