This is a brown, silky, polka dot halter dress. 1950s style with the empire waist and flowy cut. Super sexy. It's a size 6 and has no give to the material. The waist is very fitted (as demonstrated by my 6 month pregnant self). When you spin the skirt flares. I've held onto this for 11 years and I just never wear it. Maybe worn once in 11 years. Timeless.

@bjohnson306 yes that's exactly what I used to be! In this photo I'm a 34 E (DD). There will be a lot of cleavage because it's low.
