Sexy PVC Heels

*Open to offers as long as they’re reasonable* I bought these knowing I’d never wear them but I really wanted to support a friend who is the designer/owner of the brand. Heels are about 4.5 inches. Sling back with buckle. XXVI on the toe area. Dust bag and additional heel pieces included. Sleek, sexy, and have never been worn outdoors.
