Maternity gown for baby showers or pregnancy photo shoots in "plum" color. So, Sexy Mama Maternity sizes their gowns a little differently- the chart goes from 0-5, and those numbers kind of correlate with "XS- XXL". This gown is a "4" or "XL". Which is about right in my experience. Pre-pregnancy I was a dress size 12-14 (5'4'' and 170 lbs) so sometimes L, sometimes XL in dresses (depending on how tight-fitting the shape of the dress was and the material). And in my 2nd, and now 3rd trimester, I've still kept to those sizes, just "Maternity L" and "Maternity XL". And that's worked for me with all the maternity clothes I've bought. This dress really fit me very well (except the length needed to be hemmed up an inch or two for better 'walk-ability', but some people prefer glam photo shoot- type dresses that way). And it's comfortable and the material has plenty of "stretch" to it if you gain a few more pounds. It just wasn't quite right for me "look-wise", once I tried it on, and I ended up getting a dress with a lower plunge-ier neckline that I felt flattered me a little better (and that website's return policies are crap). But it's a nice, very pretty dress! It shows off your curves, but without being "too-too showy".
