Set of Two Vintage Retro 1950s Shawnee Ceramic Planters

Add a little kitsch to your home décor with this pair of mid century sweet hand painted vintage planters. This pair features a Rabbit with Wheelbarrow Planter and A cute dog with a shoe. I am almost positive that these are Shawnee, but they do not have any markings on the bottom. In excellent condition, with some crazing on both pieces and some age appropriate wear, only adding to the vintage charm. These items have been in storage for the last 60 years. It is unusual to find pieces like this in such good condition. The rabbit planter measures in at about 6" long, 5" tall, and about 3" deep. The dog planter measures 5" X 4 1/2". They are the perfect vessel for a tiny houseplant or repurpose as a holder for baby items, pens or make-up brushes.
