daniellez829 @songstress47 hi there! I don't have a cloth tape measure so I wouldn't be able to give an accurate circumfurance measurement of the waistband, but it doesn't have much stretch to it at all and it is a zipper closure. I'm a size 0-2 in dresses and they fit perfectly
