Set of Four Vintage Shiny Brite Christmas Angel Ornaments by Max Eckardt & Sons

Set of Four Vintage Shiny Brite Christmas Angel Ornaments by Max Eckardt & Sons. Made in Japan in the 1950s or 1960s. The angels feature hand-painted plastic faces, yellow thread curly hair, paper with fabric overlay skirts, and gold foil wings. Two angels in white dresses holding harps, one angel in a blue dress holding a horn, and one angel in a pink dress holding a different style horn. The year on the inside on the paper skirts is difficult to read, but I think it is 1958 or 1959. Hanging holes on the halos and wings. Great vintage condition. Some creasing and curling of the foil wings on the back. Some of the gold trim and decoration on the skirts has worn away.. Original box, but the box has wear and the plastic window insert has been replaced with a piece of plastic wrap. The top of the box also has marker in one spot. Writing on the bottom of the box. There is also a note from someone's Grandma. Delicate and sweet vintage ornaments. Approximately 3.5" tall
