Silver metal Avon bell tie tack/ pin, the color of your garment shows through the outline of the bell. 5. Norcross Inc (Taiwan) vintage metal bell pin Condition: All are in excellent vintage condition imo. The tree has a few spots where it appears the green paint is missing or it is worn, I cant tell which but being metallic these really dont show. Just wanted to mention it.
