"Sterling" And each cup is individually numbered, 1,2,3,4: a charming original detail that emphasizes this as a complete matched set Also engraved on the bottom is "1047", believed to be the pattern or model number Completely charming and elegant. Great for carriage rides, hunting expeditions!
