Set of 4 New Year's light up hats

nwt set of four New Year's light up hats. 9 led. replaceable button cell battery on inside of hat. Happy New Year band around the top of brim with sparkly sequins design all on top of hats. comes in one red, one black and two green. black one the battery pull was taken off to show how it lights up but never worn.the other battery pulls are still attached. all have tags attached. dimensions are in photos but feel free to ask any questions. sfpf home
