Set of 3 Wooden Dishes Square Hand Carved Wood Plates Tray Serving

Set of 3 square wooden trays or plates. Original owner identified them as 'olive wood from the Holy Land' however there are no labels so I can't verify. SIZES: 4 5/8", 6 5/8" and 8 1/2"  TYPE OF WOOD: unknown, original owner identified them as 'olive wood from the Holy Land'  CONDITION: A tiny chip in the edge of the middle sized dish (see last photo) otherwise these look unused. No detected knife marks, water stains, fading or scratches. Please see photos.
