Best quality leggings I have ever owned. Not see-through! Think material. Wide waist band. Always stay in place. Great stretch. Size: XS Waist: 28” Rise: 8” Length: 34.5” In good (used) condition. Slight fading but still good shade of black. Selling because they no longer fit 😭. 89% cotton, 11% spandex.
