Sand-cast in solid brass, it was designed especially for the Ace Hotel in Sydney. The casting process involves liquefying metal and pouring it into a sand mould. Because manufacturing occurs in small batches, slight variations will be visible from one hook to another. These production marks may include slight pour ripples or surface pitting. The original finish will oxidise and darken over time to reveal a distinctive patina. If preferred, use a quality metal polish to restore brightness. Sold individually, and delivered with matching screws.
