Set of 2 NWT Leather Univ of Pennsylvania ID Holder Key Chains with 6 Pencils

Please see photos for best description and measurements. The 6 pencils are new/unsharpened. 3 red and 3 blue. Two ID card holders with keychains: one is brown/tan and the other is black. The brown/tan holder is a bifold and stays closed with hook and loop. Possibly vintage.
