I'm not sure what the problem is. The battery compartment is clean with no corrosion. He has all his color shape blocks but only 4 of the 10 number blocks. Blocks store in his backpack. Overall the plush is in good condition--very clean. Measures approximately 17 inches long. No batteries are included. Please see pictures.
