Sesame Street Lot: Abby Cadabby Toy For Parts, display only & Elmo, Oscar, Grovr

This is a lot of 4(Four) Sesame street toys / characters: 1.) Abby Cadabby Fairy Sesame Place Light Up Plastic Toy Wand Wings Spinning Skirt - She DOES NOT work. She is for parts/display only. She measures approx 8.5" tall and 6.5" wide. Makes a great display piece. 2.) Grover - Scuffing to the paint around his face (See photos) 3.) Small Abby Cadabby - Scuffing to the back of her dress (See Photos) 4.) Elmo - Some Scuffing / Dirt to his face (See photos) 5.) Oscar the Grouch - Minor paint loss to face (Eyebrows / eyeball). Scuffing of paint to the garbage can. CONDITION: The Abby Cadabby Spinning Skirt Toy From Sesame Place Workshop 2013 Does not work. The battery compartment is clean, but the button would not depress. There is scuffing to the paint on the smaller toys (See Photos as I tried to note every issue, but might have missed mentioning something).
