Serra Drawstring Waist Dress...New..."as is"

This dress has never been worn and how the two spots on the back got there is a mystery. I never noticed it until now. I am selling "as is". I believe it will was out...but you are on your own. This dress is perfect for a cruise or as a beach cover up. The style and color are flattering for most. The price reflects the condition. The spots will probably come out...I am too lazy to try....price reflects this.
