Sero Coventry Cloth plaid long skirt

Sero Coventry Cloth plaid long skirt. 100% combed cotton. Button waist. Two pockets but one appears to be open to the inside of the skirt (?). It doesn't appear to be torn so I think it's intentional. The bottom was either in the process of being hemmed or in the process of being unhemmed.... I'm not sure which is correct. Measurements in pictures. Please note, length is folded in half so double that measurement.
