Sequins ZEBRA Cocktail Dress

Black ruffle scrunch cocktail dress featuring sequins along the chest in zebra, I'm not sure if there was suppose to be 2 straps or even if you use the 1 strap or not, could be optional I suppose, It helped it stay up on my maniquin otherwise falls right off. Gently used size med from city triangles.
