Sequined collared sheer top

Forever 21 plus sheer top with sequined collar. Totally chic! Beautiful buttons. Pale blue color. Sheer so will need to wear something under. Lightly used but in good condition. Just been sitting in my closet for years. No stretch. In my opinion, F21 plus usually runs smaller than other brands.
