Elegant midi skirt with star and sequin embellishments. Perfect for special occasions. It’s difficult to wash as you have to clean just the interior linings and not the glitter over skirt. I wore this for my birthday one year and left sparkle in my wake all day and it was the best time. I bought this described as a ModCloth sample cut that never made it into production so it’s very rare!
