It is stretchy, moderately sheer, and gathered in a scrunchy fashion throughout. There are 2 pieces: a wide-strapped tank top and an open-faced jacket. Both are the same material, but the tank top has an inner lining so it is not see-through, and the jacket does not have an inner lining making it more sheer.
