Sequin Hearts red cold shoulder high/low hem dress.

Sequin Hearts red cold shoulder high/low dress. V neck. Zipper back and side pockets. Only worn once. Size 3. Has a snag on the front right side area, below the pocket area and on the back right side not far from the seam. See above pictures. Also, the dress was too low so we folded the straps in the back and put some stitches in to shorten the straps. I took the stitches out and it left marks on the back of the straps. see pictures.
