Fabric flower with sequins pinned/removable on satin waistband. Zipper up half back. Internal Straps for easy hanging storage. Very Good Condition with one small separation in tulle in skirt (hides in skirt folds) and one area of discoloration on skirt under tulle (masked by tulle), a few pinhole openings on top/back of straps (from tags?) as pictured.
