This is a shiny, sparkling, variegated Silver to Black sequin covered Blouse by "By Very". This top is a size 22 in the UK and a size 18 in the USA. I bought this in the UK . This is lined and has sequins all over front and back. The sequins start out small and gradually get bigger and bigger = the black ones are about 3/4" You can wear this top over a pair of jeans or a pencil skirt. It looks great both ways. Very good quality. It is fully lined. The fabric is Polyester. The store tag is attached and there are extra sequins in a plastic baggie.
