I am always open to offers, however I tried to price this competitively, so I don't have a whole lot of leeway left once posh fees are factored in. You're welcome to send an offer - I'll accept if I can make it work and if not I always like to counter-offer instead of just declining. Always worth trying to see if there's some middle ground : )
