dddoeshair Hello, I bought a raincoat and a shirt from you months and months ago? Mark said they will not honor any returns that couldn’t go through them first. But you and I had agreed as soon as I sent you a message to honor the return and I went ahead and shipped the item directly back to you. So since Mark will not give me a refund. The only way to move forward is if you send the refund yourself or send me the items back so at least I can try to resell them.
