This soft cotton dress has a cute Tennis Tournament feel to it. That's why I love it! It's fresh and easy to move around in. The skirt is not see thru but it is a short dress and I would recommend wearing a slip or shorts under. The top portion is a combo of net and sheer material. It's absolutely adorable!!
