poshismycardio Omg that’s is awful and so sorry that happened to you! Some lady bought earrings from me during a live, I said I was told their authentic when I bought them but that I wasn’t sure. ( I was reposhing them) She bought them super ridiculously cheap, received them and said they weren’t real (once she realized she couldn’t resell them) and then put a claim against me. I emailed Poshmark and stated she knew that I said I was unsure on authenticity and she bought them knowing this, and nothing.

jessrsmith72 @poshismycardio ughhhhh that is ridiculous! This is my first experience like this and I am so hesitant now - I sell everything dirt cheap and I’ve been buying and selling things here for over 10 years and I have never made a claim against anyone.

diamondeyez888 @jessrsmith72 .Sorry this happened to you. have you thought about recording yourself shipping and packaging up an item for your protection? I do this for all my sales; especially items over a certain price. Having proof you sent the item can protect you and detour potential scammers when they see you take this action in your sales listing description.

ctalbert060403 It happened to me a brand new bottle of Dior perfume that the buyer told me it was fake! Never opened and I bought it from Dior, I said I would take it back but Poshmark canceled the order and she got to keep it! I was called a liar so I blocked her right after I told her to never buy from me again!
