I have 2 sisters (17,& 15) &3 dogs. I love my sisters, Idk what id do w/o them! I love; taking walks &cuddling w my little man (littlewhitepup Silas &newest to the fam), dance, reading, drawin, sushi, &fairytales! my passion is belly dancing& have done other styles(But sworddancing is my fav!) In countin, 2 tattoos a nose ring belly ring and ear heart! Silas is the white Maltese and Basil the black one is unidentified, he's a rescue dog and even they were unsure we are thinking half Manchester terrior and something else

Yes i never thought of that hah!!:) @tanda123 good idea and i know my dogs all have their own unique personalities and surprising my dad hated dogs until we got the little one! Haha:) dogs become like children haha like i want them to have the best dog life possible i know i sound crazy but i try to take my dog on a walk everyday silas is mine basils is my sisters and whispers is my mothers. We cuddle and have play time when i come home haha dogs are the best!

tanda123 @bellydancer714 - I'm same like you: our dogs are part of the family; they are our children!! :D My husband & I don't have human kids but we have Bella & Lucky! My hubby walks with them every morning to Starbuck (20 min walk, or longer depending how much he has to stop to let them sniffing around & "taking care of business"! Lol!) I work near where we live, so I come home during lunch to let them out & walk around the block. Twice a week we have a dog walker who comes to walk them to different parks or small dog parks so they can meet & socialize with other small dogs too. We love to take road trips where we can take them with us- so before the trip I always do research on dog friendly hotels, dog beach, dog friendly restaurants, etc! :). When we have to fly somewhere ( I don't want them in cargo, & they are slightly too big & tall to fit comfortably in a kennel under airline seat), we'd have a pet sitter who they love ( & we trust) to spend the night in our home while we are away. I'm glad your Dad is converted to love small dogs! Lol! I also have a sister who has 2 dogs. I love it when her & her husband come over & bring their furry kids, so Bella & Lucky can play with their "cousins"! :D Sorry this is so long but I can talk about dogs forever! Haha! Btw, your Bday is in July? Mine too! You're not happen to be a Cancer girl, do you? ;)

bellydancer714 @tanda123 haha its all good i enjoyed reading about your babies!!:) i feel the same way im constantly obsessing over my dogs! I wish i could enjoy drives w my dogs but my little one(silas) gets carsick and throws up if the rides to long! And yes my mom and i would never put our dog in a kennel either we have dog sitters for them! And its so cute my dad loves silas he picks him up and spoils him w treats and play time and cuddles and he greets him and lets him sit on his lap when hes eating its such a change from him yelling at my moms dog whisper(our first dog)and OMG! Im a cancer! Ps. Im so upset: we dont have any dog parks around our area and id love to have my little one socialize!!!

tanda123 Aaaw!! Your Dad sounds so cute when he plays with Silas! :D Does he do baby talk too? My hubby does baby talk when he plays with our kids! Hahaha! He tries to remember not to do that in public but I think he forgets sometimes so some strangers might think he's so weird! Hehehe! But he's known at Starbuck as "the poodle guy"- because he goes there every morning, & after he bought his coffee he'd sit outside & have both dogs on his lab! :) Oh, it's too bad that Silas gets car sick when he's in the car for too long! :( I wonder if there's a remedy for that? I've read that if a dog is strapped to a harness & seatbelt securely, so less "shaking" in the car, sometimes it helps. Is Silas still a puppy? Lucky used to have anxiety when we took him on his very first road trip ( from LA to San Francisco); I think he was only 1 yr old. He didn't throw up but he whined for the whole 8 hr drive! :( OMG, I thought we could never take him on a road trip anymore! It was a painful drive for our ears too! Lol! Then I bought him a thunder shirt ( you can google it for detail), & I was pleasantly surprised that it helped! I put it on him when we took shorter drive too to visit my sister ( 45 minutes drive) Nowdays, after many short & long trips ( 3 years later!) he doesn't need the shirt anymore. He's been VERY good on road trips- he just take naps during the trip, or just sit quietly observing the scenery! :) So probably there's hope for Silas! :) I'm a Cancer too! my Bday is on July 2! :D

bellydancer714 @tanda123 hah yes we all baby talk him hes kinda become a fav of the families! He never bites he always kiss when i wake up first thing in the morning or before he goes to bed hah and ill def look it up thanks! Silas loves people like he lets anyone pick him up and cuddle! Basil since hes a rescue dog he's a little more timid very good boy so timid but its sad how scared he gets.. Whisper is cute but nasty like he always had a biting issue. And he still even thought he's 11 and we've had him since he was a puppy whines on car rides the whole way! Thankfully Silas is very quiet on carries but the carsickness sucks! Ill check that out tho!:) thanks and my birthday is july 14th :) turning 20 this year... Ahhh scary!!!

tanda123 Silas sounds so sweet! :) like Whisper, Bella has her own quirk- I think she's more into people than other dogs. She tolerates other dogs, & plays with certain ones, but she has resource guarding problem. If she's on someone's lap, other dogs can't get too close or she 'd snap! :( She's a cuddle bug with people though..but they can't touch her tail & paws! She 'd growl! Other area of her body is fine! Lol! Lucky is the social butterfly- he loves to meet & greet other dogs! :) You 're turning 20?? Aaargh! You're very young!! So no worry there! I'll be turning 43!! :p But that's OK, life is good for me here with my hubby & 2 furry kids! :) You have a wonderful rest of the day, Mari! :) -Lisa

jsantillo @bellydancer714 don't think I'm crazy, but at the time, it actually wasn't very meaningful at all lol it was a bad situation, he like surprised me! Out of nowhere! He made me take him somewhere without telling me where then we pulled in and I'm like oh cool your getting a tattoo, he's like ya! We go inside, he gives the guy the design, and it says my frickin name! I'm like OMG r u kidding me! I'm like am I supposed to get your name too? He's like no, I'm just doin this to shoe you how much I love you. I'm like WOW OK way to make me feel like sh*t! Lol so I was pressured and put on the spot and didn't want him to think I didn't care so I'm lik just do it and get it over with before I change my mind! UGH! So dumb! Lol regretted it before I even got it done! Lol

bellydancer714 @jsantillo hsaha yes i got mine at 18 but in May it was my graduation present to myself haha the dragon i got in oct 2013 and im going to get my dogs pawprint and a bird (its a fam tattoo) my mom dad and 2 sisters all are going to get different kinds of birds because my dad and mom adopted my sisters and i (all at different time and my sisters are Chinese but we are not blood related) so we are looking for birds w our personality and are symbolizing them coming together. Haha i do have 3 piercings...:) sorry long explanation

bellydancer714 @jsantillo haha wow! Piercing your self is intense!! I have a high pain tolerance but i still dont think i could pierce myself. I have my belly pierced, and ear heart and a nose ring haha what bout you?!?also i want more piercing in my ears. And thanks im excited to get the fam tattoo still deciding on my bird, my sister em is getting a sparrow representing freedom haha and my sis Elena we all want her so badly to get an owl! She 15 but so level headed and she loves to read and is so wise but like shes also a hipster haha and because we want her to get an owl shes not untreated haha. And she refuses to admit shes a hipster but thats what a hipster would do *eyeroll*. Mt mom is getting a goose because she loves geese and geese are so affectionate to each other sh said and also cause shes 'a mother goose' im all into fables and fairy tales and mythical stuff and things. And my dad is getting a crane because its an Asian bird and he already has 3 Chinese character tattoos and hes a balanced person. Im actually so proud of him. Hes 67 this is his 2nd fam haha he has 4 older kids w a diff women and he works full time. Even though he recently retires from teaching he works at the hospital. And He just got double knee surgery his tattoos are new never in a million years did i think he would get tattoos haha... And yup as you can tell i talk a lot... Yuppers:)

jsantillo @bellydancer714 Lol! Ok first, I have 4 piercings on each ear but they are different to like even it out or watever. (gunna get more) but I got the double lobes on both ears, the middle cartilage, then the top cartilage in my left ear, the. My right ear has a double cartilage piercing which I rly like with 2 small hoops in it or swirls between both, it's kinda cool. Then my nose, my belly button and my tongue. Second, props to your dad! This is so weird! My dad is 65 and ALSO had 2 knee surgeries! Lol but has no tattoos, (gay!) he's a physician and an athlete and is all natural to the core lol he doesn't know I have a tattoo (shhh!) ;-) he's cool as hell tho. And I definitely think ur sister should get an owl! Owls are sweet!

I sound crazy but the ears piercing was the scariest piercings haha not my belly or nose or tattoos haha i feel like my ears are the most sensitive for some weird reason. And an earheart goes inside your ear is shaped as a heart and it frames the inside of your ear haha hard to explain but google it and youl! Probs know what im talking bout, maybe its called something else idk haha
