Charming mini dress by Selkie. Features pastel floral pattern. Puffy sleeves and square neckline. Perfect for a whimsical look. Still in excellent condition Wore once. I’ve been more into darker colors so ready to pass this beauty along to the next sweet lady. Cotton so cooler than regular puff. I added lace to the inner skirt because it was a bit too short for me. It could easily be removed however I think it makes the dress more lovely and not so short. Looks adorable with the blue sparkly Jeffery Campbell Mules in my closet.
