Selkie Belle Etoile Cottage Puff

This antique French print from the 1800's is the perfect compliment to this romantic country dress. Short cotton puff but with two layers of organza for fluff. Inspired by barefoot memories in the south of France at Selkie founder's Grandmother's 1980s local pub and restaurant (the restaurant named "La Belle Etoile" meaning the beautiful star) which has since closed, holding chickens and walking to the pool down the street, the cottage puff is made for daytime leisure and pleasure. The Claudia collection comes trimmed with delicate lace on the bust and sleeves. It is cool to the touch, sturdy cotton to hold its puff shape, and a tight corset style bust.
