'it's just so satisfying to transform a product that would otherwise be stored away in a barn for years and never taken out and made into a piece of wearable art!' 'I see these as pieces that are not dictated by fashion- rather they are more like pieces from the past that are timeless' She recently did a collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger for the seed sack bags for the Autism foundation. Previous projects have used vintage japanese kimonos, french beret labels, tribal bells, old camera lenses, amusement park coins on her bags and jewelry.
