Dress can be worn with sleeves up or in an off the shoulder motif where the sleeve sits just below the shoulder. Sweetheart neckline, lined. Wonderful ruching & pleating accents. Ribbon waist, small translucent triangle below chest. The dress arrived with a few small threads sticking out inside, which I discovered after dry-cleaning. They disappear when put on.
