Self portrait lace multi color mini dress

Beautiful, intricate dress. No signs of wear. Unfortunately does not fit my arms. FYI this dress has no stretch. Says size 4 but fits like a size 3 US. Size up. Arms: ~5” Waist: ~14” Length: ~33”
