Seigo Katsuragawa Limited Edition Silk Tie (2622)

For several decades Seigo Katsuragawa has sold beautiful, unique neckties of his own design from his eponymous Madison Avenue shop on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Seigo's ties are made of the finest 100% pure Japanese silk, woven in small Kyoto mills, and they are hand sewn in Japan by skilled workers to Seigo's exacting specifications in order to produce the maximum resistance and best draping. They are, in the opinion of many, the very best neckties in the world. Some of Seigo's ties designs are limited editions: only eight or twelve of the same ties exist in the world. Each limited edition tie comes with a serial number in the back to ensure its authenticity. This limited edition (#1 of 8) Seigo tie is in excellent condition. It measures 3 1/2" at the widest point at the base of the tie, and it is 58 1/2" long.
