See-through Blue peplum top size 12

This shirt has never been worn by me. Picked it up thrifted but in good condition. It’s see through with a rope tie around the neckline and very small sleeves. It is a very loose type of shirt. Best for 10-12 US womens size for a loose fit. Probably best for smaller chested gals tbh.
