See by Chloe teal blue silk top with cutout details and cuffed short sleeves. 100% silk. Size IT 38/US 2 but can fit a US 4 as well since the style is loose. In good pre-owned condition. Tag is hanging by a tread but can easily be sewn on and note that there are a couple not-too-noticeable small spots on the front. See last two pics...price reflects.
