Embellished bib necklace

Statement bib necklace with beaded detailing and tie ribbon closure. Backing material feels like felt. Beaded part measures about 3” x about 7” across at the widest point (i.e., at the top and this includes the jewels on the outside). Ribbon is about 21” long. I’ve had this for a while but never used it so it’s still in excellent condition. Note that pics were taken in natural sunlight in the early a.m. and it really sparkles when the light catches it.
