Brand new designer See By Chloe off the shoulder top with large ruffled sleeves. Perfect for any season. Chloe size 40. I weigh around 130 lbs and it fits me but the design of the shirt is such that is you’re smaller it can still look very nice and if you’re larger, the same. Only tried on once to make this post.
