Bought to wear at one party and been in storage since. Made by Pleaser, these are 'patent leather' or PVC thigh boots. Heel is just under 5" tall, shaft (from heel up the back) is 24". Floor to top of boot is 29". These have a elastic gusset in the back and zippers up the inside of the legs. Some minor scuffs from storage, but no age cracks or peeling.

The person who wore them was a 7.5 to 8 depending on the maker and said they were snug on her.
