Bought to wear at one party and been in storage since. Made by Pleaser, these are 'patent leather' or PVC thigh boots. Heel is just under 4" tall, shaft (from heel up the back) is 24". Floor to top of boot is 29". These have zippers up the inside of the legs. Some minor scuffs from storage,and one spot of peeling/flaking on the back seam of one boot near the hell. See pic. Size 9
