This black number has zero flaws because I never wore it. I was always afraid to hurt the fine silk! It will flatter a thin gal with no curves and flatter a curvy gal like myself. There is no elastic in it but its the way the silk was cut, it is magnifique! And hides problem areas with the sweet ruffles. Size tag not found, estimated. This could be for ballet, wedding guest, opera.
