lonewolfvtg Hello lovely I am so sorry about the thnk you card mix up, i had so many orders that day and I most likely mixed your thank you card with another purchase. And for the odor, that was definitely not in my part as I would never sent out an item in that condition, I am very sorry it got to you like that. If the odor hasnt come off, the best remedy is to wash with baking soda :-)

biovlitter @_borderapparel I’ll try baking soda, but the stains from the mold colonies didn’t come off in the first wash. Is there a way I can send you a picture? I just don’t understand why it was sent damp/how the fungal colonies would have developed. It actually doesn’t smell as strongly as you might think, but there do appear to be at least two species of fungal colonies that were growing.
