Sleeve cuffs and bottom band are stretchy (elasticized ribbed sweatshirt-like material) to keep the cold out. Relaxed, oversized fit. CONDITION • The stretchy cuffs and bottom band show some pilling (see last couple photos for detail) from the one and only time this coat was worn.
